Cheese pastry

Cheese pastry:
Makes 4 oz. pastry
4 oz. plain flour pinch salt and cayenne pepper
2 oz. mixed fats OR butter
1 oz. Cheese, finely grated
2-3 tablespoons milk OR egg and milk
Process:
Prepare the pastry as for "plain short crust pastry" instructions.  Use for savoury flans tarlet cases and for cheese straws and biscuits.  For baking time click here.
